We ship all over the world.
- Express Shipping takes approx. 6-7 working days.
- First-Class Shipping takes approx. 4-5 working days.
Orders are processed and packed within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. All orders placed after 2pm on Friday or on a weekend will be posted the next business day.
Please also note that the above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to check that the shipping address is updated and correct. If a package is returned to us because of an incomplete address, including apt # if necessary, the buyer will have to pay for a resend of the package.
After you purchase, we will send you an e-mail containing the Tracking Number of your shipped package, Check up-to-date status of your order.
Returns
Unsuitable item may be refunded.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the item(s) within 14 days from the point of receiving in it’s original packaging, unworn and unused.
The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser’s credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs.

How to return a product?
When you return a product it is very important to make sure your details are written in your returned / exchange packaging otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.

It can take up to 21 working days for your return to be delivered back, depending on your location. Once we have received the returned package, we will inspect it and process the refund within 48 hours.
